My favorite way to use these is for making my morning lemon-ginger drink. Lemon water first thing in the morning has astounding health benefits, and this hot beverage is my go-to for a sore throat in cold season. I use the jar as my cup, so cleanup is just a quick rinse of the stainless steel lids! It couldn’t get any easier!

Hot Honey Lemon Ginger Tea
Ingredients
1-2 Tbsp honey, or to taste
1 lemon, cut in half
1 tablespoon finely grated ginger root (peeled)
boiling water
optional - cinnamon
Directions
Place the Mason Jar Lifestyle grater lid on top of Azure Canning Co. Jar (pint).
Grate about 1 Tbsp of fresh ginger into the jar. Tap or wipe the lid to get all the ginger into the jar.
Remove grater lid and attach Mason Jar Lifestyle juicer lid.
Squeeze juice of 1 lemon into the jar.
Remove lid and add honey, hot water, and optional cinnamon.
Drink often!
