Recipe #1 Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup flour (FL125)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (BP713)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (BP008)
1/2 teaspoon salt (BP066)
1 cup rolled oats (CE066)
3/4 cup packed brown sugar (SW137)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (HS1532)
1/4 cup cane sugar (SW079)
1 cup chopped pecans (NU269)
Instructions:
1 wide mouth quart Azure Canning Company jar (NF010)
Decorative fabric, ribbon, handcut paper tags
Make sure the jar is clean and dry. Layer according to instructions below. Use the bottom of a spice jar or olive jar to press each layer before adding the next.
First layer:
Flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt
Second layer:
Oats
Third layer:
Brown sugar and cinnamon
Fourth layer:
Cane sugar
Fifth layer:
Chocolate chips (or raisins)
Sixth layer:
Pecans

Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix together 1/2 cup softened butter, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 tablespoon milk. Add jar contents and mix well. Drop tablespoon sized rounds of mix onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Recipe #2 Three Bean Chili
Ingredients:
1 cup dry pinto beans (BE086)
1 cup dry kidney beans (BE096)
1 cup dry black beans (BE094)
2 tsp onion powder (HS601)
¼ cup chili powder (HS043)
2 Tbsp cumin (HS608)
2 tsp garlic powder (HS598)
2 tsp red pepper flakes (HS1609)
Instructions:
1 wide mouth pint-and-a-half Azure Canning Company jar (NF824)

Add dry beans to clean, dry Azure Canning Company wide mouth pint-and-a-half jar, layering each bean type. Add spices.

Mix together 2 lbs ground beef, 1 medium diced onion, 2 large cans of diced tomatoes, 1 can tomato paste, and salt and pepper to taste. In a large stock pot, pour the chili mix from the jar, as well as browned ground beef, onion, and enough water to cover ingredients 2 inches. Then add tomatoes and tomato paste. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Cover with lid and simmer 2-3 hrs. while stirring occasionally. Add salt + pepper to taste. Serve with chopped onion, shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado or whatever toppings your heart desires. Enjoy!
Recipe #3 Hot Cocoa in a Jar
Ingredients:
Yum Earth Candy Canes, Mini, Peppermint (SC1704)
Equal Exchange Hot Cocoa 12 oz can (GY969)
Mojave Mallows Cocoa Dipped Marshmallows (SC1410)
Instructions:
1 regular mouth quart Azure Canning Company jar (NF008)

Transfer hot cocoa powder from can into Azure canning jar. Unwrap 20 mini candy canes and put into a zip lock baggy, leaving no room for air. Crush candy cane into tiny pieces. Add candy cane pieces to the canning jar, on top of the hot cocoa. Cut up 2 Mojave Mallow marshmallows into 4 pieces/mallow and gently place on top of candy canes. Add decorative ribbon or ornament to your jar. Ready to enjoy!

Combine 3 Tbsp of cocoa mix with 8 oz of hot water or to taste for a cup of peppermint cocoa. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Azure Epsom salt (HB1121)
Chocxo Dark Chocolate Peppermint Cups (SC1700)

Mountain Valley Botanics Peppermint Hydrosol (HB0855)
Tall Yum Earth Candy Cane (SC1702)
Instructions:
1 wide mouth half-gallon Azure Canning Company jar (NF011)

Pour 2 ½ cups of Epsom salt into the bottom of a half-gallon Azure Canning Jar. Place bar soap, lip balm, candy cane, and peppermint cups neatly inside the jar on top of the Epsom salt. Add your personal decorative touch and give as a gift to a favorite girl in your life!
Recipe #5 Warm Vanilla Brown Sugar Scrub
Ingredients:
2 Wholesome Sweeteners Brown Sugar, Light, Organic, Fair Trade (SW135)
1 cup solid yet soft Azure Market Organics Coconut Oil, Expeller Pressed, Organic (OL377)
2 tsp Azure Market Vanilla Extract, Four Fold (BP339)
Instructions:
1 wide mouth pint Azure Canning Company jar (NF811)

Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix with a spoon until there are no visible coconut oil chunks. Be sure not to over mix or it can make the ingredients separate.
Recipe #6 Chocolate Chip Cookies In a Jar
Ingredients:
2 ¼ cups Azure Market Organics All Purpose Flour Unbleached, Organic (FL080)
1 tsp Azure Market Baking Soda (BP008)
1 ½ tsp Azure Market Organics Corn Starch, Organic (BP431)
½ tsp salt (BP066)
½ cup Azure Market Organics Cane Sugar, Organic (SW079)
1 ¼ cup Azure Market Organics Chocolate Chips, Semi Sweet, Organic (BP323)
Instructions:
1 regular mouth quart Azure Canning Company jar (NF008)

Add the ingredients in the order listed, in layers, to the jar.
Label:
Pour jar contents into mixing bowl or stand mixer. Add ¾ cup melted unsalted butter, 1 large egg, 1 egg yolk, and 2 tsp pure vanilla extract. Mix until dough is soft, thick, and appears greasy. Cover dough tightly and chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or up to 3 days. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line large baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside. Use cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop heaping spoonfuls onto parchment paper. Bake cookies for 12-13 minutes or until edges are very lightly browned. Cool on a baking sheet for 10 minutes. Move to a wire baking rack to cool completely. Enjoy at room temp for up to 1 week.
